1. Project Location:Northwest side of intersection between Fengle River Avenue and Qingcaohu Road in Feixi County

2. Project overview:This project is a new industrial plant construction project, with a total area of [16533.86 ㎡] and a total construction area of [33633.22 ㎡]. Scope of Service Bidding(1) Project site survey, regional environmental status monitoring, data collection and collation;(2) Prepare the environmental impact report form of the construction project;(3) Supporting surface water, noise, electromagnetic field, solid waste, soil status monitoring and data analysis;(4) Internal technical verification of EIA documents, expert review meeting organization, revision and improvement of the draft for review;(5) Cooperate with the whole process of technical review, publicity and approval of evidence collection by the Ecological Environment Bureau;(6) Preparation of environmental protection measures and emergency plans for environmental emergencies during the construction and operation periods;(7) Completion of environmental protection acceptance technical consultation, environmental protection account management system supporting documents.

Service cycle:Complete the preparation of the first draft of the EIA report within [20] calendar days from the date of signing the contract by both parties; complete the expert review and report finalization within [40] calendar days, and follow up the whole process until the EIA approval document is obtained (due to force majeure factors such as policy adjustment and process delay of the approval department, the cycle can be postponed)

3. Bidder Qualification Requirements

1. Subject qualification:Independent legal person, holding a valid business license, business scope including environmental impact assessment, environmental protection technical consultation, can independently bear civil liability;

2. Performance requirements:The performance of similar projects has completed at least one new industrial plant EIA project in the past 5 years and obtained EIA approval. Contracts and approval documents can be provided for future reference when signing up;

3. Compliance requirements:No environmental penalties, no bidding dishonesty, not included in the list of dishonest enforcers, major tax violations;

4. Do not accept the consortium bid, do not allow subcontracting, subcontracting the main body of the EIA work.
