In order to ensure the delivery of private pile installation orders during the Spring Festival in 2025, meet the charging needs of customers during the holidays and improve the user experience during the Spring Festival. I. Personnel scheduling

(1) Headquarters on duty: According to the holiday time, during the Spring Festival, there will be one customer service on duty at the headquarters every day, who will be responsible for data follow-up and information docking during the duty period. The first-level and second-level responsible persons are on standby at any time.

Duty in the (II) region: two customer service personnel are on duty every day, and the person in charge of the region is on standby at any time.

On duty at (III) outlets: each outlet shall arrange 1-2 groups of local masters to be on duty, and list the on-duty personnel list in advance at the same frequency as the headquarters and the region, so as to ensure the delivery of installation orders and after-sales work orders during the Spring Festival. At the same time, a group of supplementary masters shall be required, which can be called at any time.

2. work requirements before and after the Spring Festival

(1) Order sorting: From December onwards, the remaining work orders will be sorted out weekly according to the time node, and the orders that meet the installation conditions will be installed in time to reduce the operation pressure during the Spring Festival.

(II) material support: 2 weeks before the Spring Festival, according to the existing installation materials at the network, at least 4 weeks of sufficient quantity, refused to have insufficient materials, delayed service time and other problems.

(III) resumption of work and production: the number of resumption personnel will be counted every day from the fourth day of the month, and all service personnel will be on duty within one week after the festival.

III. Incentive policies

During the Spring Festival, the service capacity will be reasonably arranged according to the actual dispatch volume, and service gaps and major customer complaints are strictly prohibited to ensure the delivery of installation services.
