HKUST Nengtong was invited to participate in the drafting of the group standard "General Technical Requirements for Mobile Storage and Charging Machines for Electric Vehicles"

On November 25, 2024, Wang Yousuo, president of the Innovation Research Institute of Anhui Nengtong New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to participate in the launching meeting of the group standard compilation of "General Technical Requirements for Mobile Storage and Charging All-in-One Electric Vehicle.

The group standards initiated and compiled at this meeting were proposed and centralized by the China Electricity Council. Nearly 30 experts from 21 units from charging and swapping equipment R & D and manufacturing companies, and charging and swapping operation service companies attended the meeting.

At the meeting, President Wang Yousuo shared the scope of application, content outline and technical indicators of the standard in a professional and detailed manner, which was highly recognized by the experts attending the meeting. The experts who participated in the kick-off meeting conducted in-depth discussions on key issues such as the technical points, application scenarios, data records, battery requirements and fire protection of the standard, and put forward professional suggestions and opinions for the formulation of the standard.

As of now,HKUST has participated in the formulation of 3 national standards, 6 group standards and 2 national standards under research.. These standards cover a number of key technical areas and application links of new energy charging and discharging systems, providing important support for standardizing the development of the industry and improving product quality and technical level.

As a national high-tech enterprise of new energy charging and storage system solutions and a national specialized and new "little giant" enterprise, HKUST Nengtong has the honor to be invited to participate in the drafting of this group standard, which means that our company's scientific research achievements in the field of mobile storage and charging integrated machines have been highly recognized in the industry. In the preparation of this standard, HKUST Nengtong will give full play to its technical advantages and unite the upstream and downstream enterprises, scientific research institutions, testing and certification units and other forces in the industry to jointly formulate scientific, reasonable, rigorous, standardized and forward-looking group standards. HKUST Nengtong will continue to bring more convenient, efficient and safe charging experience to the majority of electric vehicle users, and also inject new impetus into the sustainable development of the electric vehicle industry.
