After thunderstorm weather, be sure to check the gun head before applying electricity. If there are foreign objects or rainwater, please clean and dry them in a timely manner.



If the rainwater floods the charging station, after the rainwater recedes, first clean the charging station and nearby debris, wipe the charging station clean, and check the gun head. To ensure user safety, any charging station that is involved in water cannot be directly powered on for use. The installation technician should be contacted for on-site inspection and confirmation of no abnormalities before use.

If it is necessary to use an outdoor home charging station for charging when there is less rain, the following points should also be kept in mind:

Before charging, check whether the charging port or plug of the vehicle is splashed with rainwater. At this time, remember not to wipe it with your hands to avoid electric shock accidents. You can use a paper towel or cloth to clean it. Observe whether the gun head and gun base are burned and whether the insertion and extraction are smooth. If there are any abnormalities, please do not charge.



During charging, when inserting or removing the charging gun from the car charging socket, be careful to avoid rainwater splashing into the charging gun and car charging socket. The gun mouth can be facing downwards or covered with rain gear during movement.



After charging, please make sure to plug the charging gun back into the socket of the charging station and lock it to the bottom to avoid the charging gun falling on the ground and getting contaminated with mud, rain, and water that may affect the next use.

When it rains, the wires are already in a damp state and have a certain degree of conductivity. If struck by lightning, the instantaneous huge voltage and current can cause damage to the battery.
